Amy London, Founder
Amy London is the founder of Raise Wins, an Oklahoma campaign strategy firm. She helps candidates, ballot and issue campaigns, and nonprofits raise awareness, raise money, and win, from first time local races to statewide efforts. Every plan she builds treats a candidate's investment as something to steward, not spend.
Her career runs through the rooms where policy, money, and reputation get decided. She began on the staff of Terry Neese, founder of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), rising from executive assistant to executive director of Neese's women's business center. Along the way, she organized WIPP's Presidential Roundtables with the White House and both sides of Congress, planned national conferences, and developed a leadership development week for women business owners from around the world.
She went on to business development for Chickasaw Nation Industries and the Perot family office at Hillwood Management. She then built marketing programs for law firms, serving up to 10 clients at a time and managing their advertising, rankings, and award submissions. She later served as Executive Secretary to the Oklahoma State Board of Education.
On the campaign side, she was a fundraising aide on a 2020 congressional campaign. Since then she has worked on campaigns, leading strategy, fundraising, research, and digital programs.
Today she leads three firms:
- Raise Wins, a campaign strategy and fundraising firm for candidates, ballot and issue campaigns, and nonprofits.
- Legal CMO NOW, a fractional chief marketing officer practice for solo and small law firms and independent professionals.
- Fifty Domes, publisher of OkLobbyGuide and OkCapitolGuide, which turn state lobbying and Capitol records into searchable public guides.
The thread through all of it is the same. Amy reads the rules, follows the money, and builds the plan. Clients rely on her diplomacy, her command of protocol, and her care with regulatory compliance.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University. She is based in the Oklahoma City area.
